HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Sunday, a Deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance call at the Foxwood (private) community pool in the 20300 block of Fox Stone Lane. Upon arrival, the suspect involved was detained and identified as 23-year-old Ashayla Davis.
Deputies say their investigation showed Davis allegedly threatened the complainant with bodily harm after she denied Davis access to the pool because she didn’t have a pool pass. Davis left the pool area, and later returned with a group of people and allegedly threatened the complainant again and attempted to assault her. Davis was already free on a $100 bond for an April 29, 2024 Terroristic Threat charge, for which her next court appearance was scheduled for Monday, August 19. Public records show Davis has multiple prior arrests for various offenses, including but not limited to felony robbery and felony assault
“Ashayla Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threat. Her bond was set at $500 out of County Court 1,” Constable Mark Herman said.
I can’t believe I got this old and never knew the reason for those! You’ve educated me! Now I’m going to snicker every time I see one! If I’m killed in a Walmart, it’s your fault! LOL
The old $100 bond. I new it was Harris County when I saw that.
She should have those hog rings pulled out of her nose and she
might start acting human again. Dad put them in the hogs nose to keep
them from rooting.
