Jessica Tata, the day care center owner where last month
The day care operator who fled after a fire that killed four children last month is now back in Houston. This, after she turned herself in to authorities Saturday and was flown to Atlanta from Nigeria the next day.
Jessica Tata arrived at David Wayne Hooks Airport in northwest Harris County around 12:41am Tuesday morning by a twin engine aircraft. Harris County deputies were awaiting her arrival as she was taken quickly from the plane to a waiting SUV for her trip the the Harris County Jail.
