District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On December 13, Deputy C. Santoro stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 12200 block of FM 1097 W. Upon identifying the female driver it was learned the female was operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license and had previous convictions for the offense. It was also found out the 54 year old female from Plantersville had a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County. The female was arrested at 12:56am and transported to jail.
On December 13, Deputy J. Bourne was sent to the 11700 block of Rose Road in reference to a suspicious person call. An intoxicated female was being detained by volunteer firefighters. The female had been running into the middle of the road jumping in front of vehicles, yelling and cursing at the traffic. The 38 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 8:23pm and transported to jail.
On December 15, Deputy K. Underwood stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 15600 block of East Williams Road. During the investigation it was found the male driver was operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. A search of the vehicle revealed the driver in possession of marijuana. The 35 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:19am and transported to jail.
On December 15, Deputies R. Overbay and A. Cross were dispatched to the 11900 block of Hairston Drive for a disturbance in progress. The Deputies met with Sgt. Smith who was with a male complainant that had a ripped shirt, blood on his face from lacerations and a blood shot eye. He had blood on his hands as well. The complainant advised his girlfriend had gotten mad at him and punched him several times before she ran off into the woods. She was located and found to have been drinking. A witness corroborated that the female was the aggressor. The 32 year old female from Willis was arrested at 5:54pm and transported to jail for assault.
On December 16, Deputy K. Underwood stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Royal Cullum and Royal Green. The female driver of the vehicle was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license and had a previous conviction for the offense. The 35 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 2:17am and transported to jail.
A 40 year old female from Willis was arrested at 11:32pm, December 16, in the 13900 block of Broken Arrow by Deputies J. Reuvers and K. Berger for a securing execution of document by deception warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputies had received prior information on the female’s location. The female was taken to jail.
On December 17, Deputy K. Underwood stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Hwy 105E and Kinsman Road. Upon speaking with the male driver it was observed the male was intoxicated. The 43 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 12:16am, charged with DWI 3rd or more and transported to jail.
On December 17, Deputies J. Reuvers and K. Berger were notified of a welfare concern in the 18300 block of Hwy 105E. The Deputies located a male that was passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot. The male was found to be intoxicated. The 39 year old male, address unknown, was arrested at 5:32am and transported to jail.
A 27 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 3:08pm, December 17, in the 2200 block of Crysel Road by Deputy J. Hodges for a family violence assault failure to appear warrant out of Cherokee County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call. The male was transported to jail.
On December 18, Deputy J. Bourne was dispatched to the 17500 block of Hunter Trail in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her intoxicated husband were arguing in their vehicle and she got out and he chased her into their house kicking the door down attempting to get to her. She went in the bedroom and he kicked that door in as well. He threw her on the bed and began choking her until she threatened to call the police. The 41 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:46pm, charged with assault and transported to jail.
On December 19, Deputy K. Underwood stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of N Loop 336 and FM 3083. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license and had a previous conviction for the same offense. The 20 year old male from Conroe was arrested and transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On December 10, 2010, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to 2911 Rayford Road in reference to an Assault and Criminal Trespass. Upon arrival, Deputy Fruge met with the store manager and was informed that the suspect had recently been fired and told, on multiple occasions told not to return. The suspect and a friend, both 19-year-old males from Spring, came into the McDonalds and the suspect began cussing at one of the employees, and then threw a handful of change at him when paying for a drink. The suspect was detained for Assault and Criminal Trespassing. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The friend of the suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear. He was also transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 13, 2010, Deputy Maldonado and Deputy Swank observed a suspicious vehicle parked behind a building on North Briar Rock. One of the passengers, 28-year-old female from Montgomery, stated that the owner of the vehicle had walked to the gas station. While speaking with the passenger, Deputy Swank observed a digital scale, a used syringe, and a white powder that appeared to be narcotics sitting on the passenger seat. When attempting to handcuff the suspect, she began actively resisting and was eventually handcuffed. A check of the Vehicle Identification Number, showed the vehicle to be stolen out of Harris County. The driver, 29-year-old male from Tomball was taken into custody for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Both the driver and passenger were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The passenger received additional charges for Resisting Transport and Failure to Identify-Fugitive from Justice, due to her giving false identifying information because of an active warrant out of Harris County. The other passenger in the vehicle was released at the scene.
On December 13, 2010, Deputy Wakefield arrested a 57-year-old female from Hardin Texas after a traffic stop on Rayford Road. During the course of the investigation one of the passengers was found to be in possession of Marijuana and Hydrocodone as well as other drug paraphernalia. While Deputy Wakefield was speaking with the suspect, Dispatch advised that she also had an active warrant out of Liberty County. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation, for no insurance, and released at the scene.
The following Shoplifting Arrests were reported:
12/14 – Deputy Pierman arrested a 26-year-old female from Houston, for Theft at 1025 Sawdust Road. The suspect attempted to take $126.50 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
12/16 – Deputy Roberts arrested two 16-year-old females from Houston, for Theft at 1025 Sawdust Road. The suspects attempted to take $197.85 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On December 07, 2010 Deputy Holden responded to a Family Disturbance in the 18100 block of Deer Glen West in which a female was arrested for assault family violence after she struck her mother.
December 08, 2010 a MCSO Deputy responded to the 25000 block of FM 1314 for a fraud call. A female had passed counterfeit money to pay a bill. The female was arrested for fraud. The female’s husband was later arrested for a felony theft warrant out of Harris County at their residence.
A female was arrested at the intersection of FM 1314 and Old Sorters Road for theft after stealing merchandise from the CVS Pharmacy on December 09, 2010..
December 10, 2010 a female forced her way into a residence located in the 21600 block of Hackamore Court and assaulted the home owner and displaying a knife while making a threat. The female was arrested for burglary of a habitation.
A MCSO Deputy responded to 24700 block of Loop 494 to the check the welfare of an individual who was slumped over the wheel. During the investigation the male was arrested for possession of methamphetamine on December 10, 2010.
A male was arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault of 3 children in the 21000 block of Dogwood Lane on December 10, 2010.
December 11, 2010 a Deputy responded to the 16000 block of Wrangle Avenue in reference to a Family Disturbance in which a male subject was arrested for Assault Family Violence (Strangulation).
On December 12, 2010 MCSO Personnel responded to the 19800 block of Knoll Drive for a criminal trespass investigation in which a male was arrested for an assault family violence (strangulation) warrant out of Montgomery County.
On December 12, 2010 a female was arrested in the 3300 block of Rockdale Drive for a theft warrant out of Montgomery County.
On December 13, 2010 a male was arrested in the 15500 block of Dewberry Lane on a felony bond forfeiture warrant with the original charge being theft.
On December 13, 2010 a male subject was arrested in the 23500 block of US Highway 59 South for possession of cocaine.
On December 15, 2010 I male subject was arrested for attempted sexual assault of a female in the 20800 block of FM 1485.
On December 15, 2010 a male and female were arrested for felony theft of construction supplies in the 20000 block of FM 1485.
On December 15, 2010 two females were arrested at the Porter Wal-Mart for theft, possession of a controlled substance and fail to identify.
December 15, 2010 a female was arrested for a violation of a protective order in the 23400 block of FM 1485. The female also had 35 outstanding traffic warrants through the cities of Roman Forest and Woodbranch.
On December 15 2010 a female was arrested in the 23300 block of Landshire Drive for a felony driving while intoxicated warrant out of Montgomery County.
December 18, 2010 a male was arrested for a felony probation violation in the 18600 block of Clover Path.
December the 20, 2010 a male was arrested for assault family violence in the 21500 block of Punkin Street.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On December 17th Deputy Mittag along with Sergeant Russell were dispatched to Timberloch Estates subdivision in reference to a disturbance. While the Deputies were talking to the suspect his mother came out of the residence and stated she had been assaulted by the subject prior to the Deputies arrival. The mother stated she and the subject had been in an argument and he had thrown a set of car keys at her which hit her under the right eye. A small cut was observed by Deputy Mittag under her eye. The subject was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 17th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to FM 2978 and Carraway in reference to a male passed out on the side of the road. Upon arrival Deputy Provenzano found the 35 year old male subject and could immediately detect a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The subject did not have any idea where he was. The subject was placed into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 16th Deputy Crandell was dispatched to Missouri Pacific Road in reference to an Assault Family Violence. Upon arrival Deputy Crandell met with the female Complainant and a 40 year old male subject. The Complainant appeared to have both old and new minor wounds on her face and what appeared to be the start of a swollen eye. The glass to the back door was busted out in shreds. When the Deputy talked to the reportee she said she both heard and saw the subject state he was going to hit the Complainant and heard the Complainant yelling stop-no-no! The male subject was taken into custody for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 16th Deputy Mittag observed a White Toyota Tacoma traveling south on I-45. The vehicle swerving slightly outside of his lane with a speed ranging from 45 to 80 mph. Deputy Mittag conducted a traffic stop and upon making contact with the 41 year old male subject detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage. The Deputy asked the subject to exit his vehicle and the subject stumbled out of his vehicle and tried maintain his balance. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The subject was charged with DWI.
On December 15 Sergeant Russell and Deputy Mittag conducted a traffic stop in the 18655 block of FM 1488 for failure to stop at a stop sign. Upon making contact with a 26 year old male subject a strong odor of marijuana could be detected emitting from the interior of the vehicle. Deputy Mittag discovered the driver’s license was suspended. Deputy Mittag discovered Marijuana in the air vent in the front dash. The subject was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On December 16th Deputy Fluellen conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle for a defective headlamp in the 3300 block of Emerson Dr. Upon making contact and speaking with the female driver it was suspected that the driver may be impaired by alcohol. Several standard field sobriety tests were administered at which time the driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Misdemeanor B. The subject was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On December 18th Sgt. Peckne made contact with a Suspicious Male riding a bicycle in the 900 block of Comanche. Upon speaking with the male and conducting a voluntary search of his person, Sgt. Peckne discovered that the subject was in possession of a controlled substance which was tested and determined to be heroin. The male subject was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, State Jail Felony and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 18th Deputy Davis conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle for failure to drive in a single lane in the 16200 block of SH 105 W. Upon making contact and speaking with the male driver it was suspected that the driver may be impaired by alcohol. Several standard field sobriety tests were administered at which time the driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Misdemeanor B. The subject was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On December 18th Deputy Fluellen responded to a local convenience store located in the 12800 block of Walden Rd in regards to Theft. The clerk reported that a male subject had entered the store, removed several cartons of alcoholic beverage from the cooler and ran out of the store without paying for the merchandise. A description of the suspect and his vehicle were obtained and will be utilized during the active patrol investigation.
On December 19th Deputy Howze responded to the 3800 block of Treasure Island to conduct a Warrant Service. Upon arrival, the subject in question was located and arrested on the outstanding warrant for Harassment, Misdemeanor B. The subject was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
On December 19th Deputy Davis responded to the 200 block of Capetown in regards to a Disturbance and Assault. It was learned that two males (father & son) and one female were on location, all intoxicated. Investigation revealed that the father had physically assaulted his son causing minor injuries. After EMS arrived to treat the son, the son assaulted the paramedic. During the investigation it was learned that the female was in possession of marijuana. In conclusion, the elder male was arrested for Assault (family violence), Misdemeanor A, the son was arrested for Assault of Public Servant, Felony 3 and the female was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Misdemeanor B. All three subjects were placed into the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On December 11, 2010 while working an approved extra job, Deputy Curtis and Deputy Foreman responded to a possible fight in front of the business on Waterway Avenue. The suspect, 40-year-old male from Spring, was highly agitated and intoxicated. Deputy Curtis advised the suspect that he was under arrest for Public Intoxication. The suspect became more agitated and aggressive and began resisting arrest. At one point, the suspect attempted to kick a deputy in the face while being placed in the patrol car. Charges were accepted for Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport and Public Intoxication. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
On December 16, 2010, Deputy Ortiz arrested a 19-year-old male from The Woodlands after investigating a suspicious vehicle parked on Sandpebble Drive with three occupants. During the course of the investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of .08 oz. of Marijuana. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. His passengers were later released at the scene.

12/11 – Deputy Beasley arrested a 20-year-old female from Houston and a 23 year old female from Houston, for Theft at 9595 Six Pines Drive. The suspects attempted to take $294.08 worth of merchandise from the Baby Gap. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
12/12 – Deputy Harrison arrested a 17 year old male from Magnolia for Theft at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect attempted to take $356.20 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
12/13 – Deputy Evans arrested a 35-year-old female from The Woodlands, for Theft at 8000 Research Forest. The suspect attempted to take $164.53 worth of makeup and jewelry items from Kroger’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
12/13 – Deputy Weatherford arrested 13-year-old male from Spring, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $109.97 worth of merchandise from Sears. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
12/14 – Deputy Epperson arrested a 25 year old male from Conroe, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $208.00 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
12/14 – Deputy Evans arrested 41-year-old female from Montgomery, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $96.80 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
12/16 – Deputy Rizk arrested 16-year-old male from Willis, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $99.50 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. After a brief struggle with the Loss Prevention Officer, the suspect was detained. Deputy Rizk contacted the suspects family then placed him into custody and transported him to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
