Exactly 5-years earlier on April 7, 2017, he was arrested in Harris County for driving while intoxicated. On November 30, 2020, he was sentenced to 30-days in the Harris County Jail. Then on October 26, 2020, he was arrested in Montgomery County for DWI. Four days later he was sentenced to 30-days in the Montgomery County Jail.
