On December 2, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 7700 block of North Sam Houston Parkway West.

The driver was identified as Lucas Anthony. During the investigation, deputies determined the vehicle’s temporary license plate had been intentionally and knowingly tampered with. Further investigation revealed Anthony was out on bond for Fraudulent Use of Identification, involving the use of different license plates on the same vehicle.

Lucas Anthony was arrested and transported to the Harris County Jail, where he was booked on a charge of Tampering with a Government Record. His bond was set at $2,000 out of County Court at Law No. 3,” Constable Mark Herman said.
