HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Tuesday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 12500 block of Will Clayton Parkway and were shocked to find the driver was a 13-year-old boy.
Further investigation revealed that the vehicle had just been reported stolen. The boy driving the stolen car was previously arrested for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.
“The juvenile was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle,” Constable Mark Herman said.
