On 07/13/2010 at approximately 11:30pm the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received two calls from neighbors in reference to a suspicious vehicle that was parked at a residence on Marquise Oaks Place in Sterling Ridge in The Woodlands.
When deputies arrived they saw a red Ford pickup in the driveway and found an open door into the residence. Deputies were able to arrest two suspects who were inside the residence and a third who had fled the scene as they arrived.
The home was found to be a Fannie Mae foreclosure and was unoccupied at the time of the crime and was being prepared for sale. One of the suspects was an employee of a subcontractor who had worked on the home.
All three suspects were arrested and charged with burglary of a habitation.
