HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday, a deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was reported stolen to the Houston Police Department.
The driver, 20-year-old Michael Stone, was confirmed to be operating the stolen vehicle.
“Michael Stone was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $10,000 out of the 339th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
