On February 1, 2018 a deputy with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 21300 block of Aldine Westfield Road. Upon making contact with the occupants the deputy detected the odor of a controlled substance coming from inside of the vehicle and detained the driver. While detaining the driver, the passenger fled on foot and Precinct 4 deputies quickly apprehended and identified him as Vincent Bell.
“Vincent Bell was arrested, charged with Evading Arrest / Detention and booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond is set at $1,000.00 out of County Court 16.” – Constable Mark Herman
