HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday, a Sergeant with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 14200 block of Cypress N. Houston Road in reference to a disturbance. The Sergeant arrived and identified the woman involved in the disturbance as 59-year-old Maria Rosales De Austin. Further investigation revealed De Austin had an open felony warrant for Assault and an open Misdemeanor Warrant for Criminal Mischief.
“Maria Rosales De Austin was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. Her bond was set at $50,510 out of the 209th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
