Disturbance Leads to Felony Arrest

HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On Monday, deputies with the office of Pct. 4 Mark Herman responded to the 4500 block of Chestergate Drive in reference to a disturbance between neighbors. Upon arriving, deputies were informed that male and a female were having a verbal dispute and the male suspect fled the scene.

During the investigation, one of the witnesses who knew the male suspect refused to cooperate with providing his name or whereabouts. She was identified as Kiley Halmich and found to have an open warrant for Felony Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was out on bond for Failure to identify to a Police Officer.

“Kiley Halmich was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the Felony Warrant. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.
