HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 19700 block of Oak Branch Ct. Upon arrival, Deputies detained two female suspects 44-year-old Alyson Ottaviani and 40-year-old Summer Fregia.

Deputies’ investigation showed the pair physically assaulted the victim, which somehow allegedly led to Ottaviani retrieving a shotgun and shooting at the victim. The victim was not struck by the gunfire.

“They were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Alyson Ottaviani was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Summer Fregia was charged for Assault Causes Bodily Injury. At this time their bond and court information have not been set,” Constable Mark Herman said.
