HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On October 8, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Red Roof Inn located in the 20500 block of I-45 in reference to a disturbance.
Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the female involved, who was identified as 33-year-old Kelsi Ennis. Further investigation revealed that she had an open warrant for Theft.
“Kelsi Ennis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. Her bond was set at $100 out of County Court 1,” said Constable Mark Herman.
