The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a brazen Monday evening theft of approximately $14,000 worth of rebar from a local business. The incident occurred at Excell Foundation, located at 8515 Hwy 242, near Interstate 45, from 7:16 p.m. to 7:46 p.m. according to security camera footage.
The video shows two pickups. A white Dodge pickup with a black grill guard hauled a Cat loader on a trailer to load the rebar, and was accompanied by a dark colored Ford F-350 4×4 dually. (See photos below from the security footage)
