On Wednesday, August 9, around 4:30 p.m., the man pictured followed an 18-year-old girl outside the Target store located at 32858 FM 2978 in Magnolia. As the victim was getting into her vehicle, the suspect grabbed her from behind and pulled her toward his vehicle. The victim somehow managed to escape, and the suspect fled in a gray 4-door passenger car that is pictured below.
