DOPE BUST IN GRIMES COUNTY

On Thursday, November 21, 2024, at approximately 5:45 am, the Grimes County
Sheriff’s Office Tactical and Containment Team (TACT) executed a narcotics
search warrant at an address off of Mossy Knoll Drive in Plantersville, Texas.
TACT Team members observed the listed target of the search warrant. He is
identified as Johnny Figueroa. There were two other occupants in the residence
with Figueora, who were identified as Morgan Kiser and Sarah Murphy.
Kiser was found to be in possession of narcotics and was charged with Possession
of a Controlled Substance, State Jail Felony. Kiser was magistrated and has a
$4000 bond.
Murphy was found to have an active warrant out of Harris County for Possession
of a Controlled Substance, Third Degree Felony. Murphy has no bond.
Figueroa was charged with the Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance,
First Degree Felony; Possession of a Controlled Substance, Third Degree Felony;
Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree Felony; Possession of a
Controlled Substance, Class A Misdemeanor; and Possession of Marijuana 2-4
ounces, Class A misdemeanor. Figueora was magistrated and has $70,000 in
bonds.
Deputies recovered 178 grams of methamphetamine; 3.7 grams of amphetamine
pills; 3.6 grams of Xanax; 11.3 grams of Hydrocodone; 3.8 grams of crack cocaine
and 3 ounces of marijuana. All three defendants were booked into the Grimes
County Jail.
