Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable Deputies executed an arrest warrant earlier today at 30022 Pennsylvania Avenue in Magnolia on Chrystel Rex (31) who was wanted by Pardon and Parole as well as Harris County for a narcotics offense involving methamphetamine. Captain Billy Masden stated that in the process of taking Rex into custody, Deputies observed narcotics in plain view inside the bedroom where she was located with Joseph Jebbia (36) who is known to be both a criminal gang member and a violent offender. Deputies secured the location and obtained a search warrant for the residence. The search resulted in seizing approximately 2 ounces of crystal methamphetamine, a sawed off shotgun, Ecstasy and multiple prescription pills. Jebbia was arrested on multiple charges and is currently in Montgomery County Jail with Rex.
