DOUBLE SHOOTING IN SPRING FRIDAY NIGHT-ONE DEAD

On Friday, November 28th, 2025, at approximately 8:40 p.m., the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office received a call in reference to a possible shooting in the 22100 blk of Greengate Drive. Upon their arrival on scene, they discovered two adult males shot. One was pronounced deceased on scene, while the other was transported to an area hospital, where he was also pronounced deceased. The suspected shooter in the incident stayed at the scene and was detained by arriving deputies. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit conducted the investigation into the incident. The shooter, who was cooperative with investigators, stated that he had been followed by the suspects for some time. Upon entering the neighborhood, the pair that had been following allegedly attempted to block the victim’s vehicle’s path. Then both vehicles stopped, and the occupants exited their respective vehicles. The shooter stated that the suspects began kicking the shooter’s vehicle and himself when he discharged his weapon, striking both suspects. The pair that was following was identified as 57-year-old Timothy Underwood and 59-year-old Keith McDonald. Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide detectives are still investigating the shooting, and the case remains active. At this time, no charges have been filed. Once further investigation is complete, the case will be reviewed by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office for possible charges or referral to a grand jury.
