Just before 10 pm Patrick Georges, 27 of Porter was driving his Toyota Tacoma northbound on FM 1314 well within the posted speed limit when an unidentified Hispanic male crossed in front of him. Unable to stop he struck the make who rolled up onto his windshield breaking it before falling back to the roadway and being run over by at least one more vehicle which fled the scene.
Porter Fire Department responded along with MCHD. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene by Judge James Metts , who ordered Eickenhorst Funeraql Directors to transport the body to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy.
As of midnight DPS troopers still did not have any identification on the male. They are asking for the publics help in identifying him.
The make was described as a Hispanic male approximately 5’-7” tall with gray hair. He appearrs to be in his late 50’s. He was riding the bicycle pictured below.
One person on the scene thought he recognized him as a man called “Sunday”, or “Dominguez”. He also thought he worked at several small stores as a janitor along the FM 1314 corridor.
