Driver Faces Multiple Charges After Traffic Stop

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- Around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, a Deputy with Pct. 3 Constable Ryan Gable’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a blue Kia sedan for an equipment violation in the 11900 block of White Oak Landing in Conroe.

Upon making contact with the driver, he allegedly became hostile and uncooperative. The driver, identified as Alex Castiel Magee of Conroe, refused to comply with the Deputy’s lawful commands.

During the encounter, Magee allegedly actively resisted arrest and assaulted the deputy. He was quickly detained and placed under arrest for the following charges:

-Resisting Arrest
-Assault on a Peace Officer
-Interfering with Public Duties

The vehicle was towed from the scene, and Magee was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe without further incident.
