Last Thursday, Shenandoah Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Ed English Dr in reference to a road rage incident. Reports indicate that a suspect identified as Roddrick Deshun Perry, 35, of 100 Baretta in Conroe resorted to violence, discharging a firearm at a bicyclist following a verbal altercation. Thankfully, no injuries were sustained.
The Perry fled the scene before police arrived. Vigilant patrol officers were able to locate a spent shell casing from a firearm on the road. Shenandoah’s Detective Division and patrol staff come together seamlessly to investigate this shooting. Through diligent police work, sufficient evidence was obtained, and Perry was located and taken into custody approximately two hours after the initial call. He was formally charged with one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $2500.
