“Tiffanee Law was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Resisting Arrest. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time.” -Constable Mark Herman

I know this will just SHOCK some here, but this was not her first dance at the legal rodeo. She was actually on a deferred for an earlier incident of assault on a public servant from January where she had kicked an officer.

Additionally, she has other involvement, just in Harris County alone, for multiple counts of theft, an incident of forgery, deadly conduct and yet another assault. Not all resulted in conviction, but she has a history of getting the gift of supervision and still not learning her lesson. I guess Imperial Valley residents gotta do what Imperial Valley residents are prone to do. Some of the conduct was 2012, but most is since 2016.

The deadly conduct charge involved pointing a firearm at the Complainant…charge was dismissed after she took classes and wrote an apology. Demonstrating ONCE AGAIN that prosecutors in Harris County do not give a tinker’s damn about public safety.

Sadly, I remember a point in time where that was not a bad part of town…but you have to go back close to 30 years.
