Deputies Uber, Jones, Underwood, Dewey, Flores, Ortiz, Drake and Everton and with K-9 partner “Ranger” / Sgt. K. Ford
On 09/22/10 at approx 0040 hours Deputy Underwood conducted a traffic stop in the South Montgomery County area near Timber Lakes Subdivision. The traffic stop and investigation produced information that the occupants of the car had purchased xanax and pain pills from a residence on nearby Valerie Lane.
Having this information, Deputy Uber and Deputy Jones obtained a search warrant for the residence on Valarie Lane.
When deputies arrived at the residence 10 bags of Crystal Meth were recovered that weighed over 5 grams along with some cash. Matthew Hubbard 1/28/86 and his brother Cain Hubbard 11/10/90 were both arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sale.
