HARRIS COUNTY, TX– A man with two prior DWI convictions was arrested May 12 after deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 16900 block of the Tomball Parkway.
The driver, identified as Sean Alongi, showed multiple signs of intoxication, according to authorities. Deputies administered a series of standardized field sobriety tests and determined Alongi was impaired.
Further investigation revealed Alongi was in possession of cocaine and marijuana. Deputies also learned he had two previous DWI convictions — one in Ector County and another in Montgomery County.
“Sean Alongi was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving While Intoxicated – 3rd Offense,” Constable Mark Herman said. “His total bond was set at $15,000 out of the 486th District Court.”
