On March 15, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 21800 block of Hardy Toll Road. The driver was identified as Alicia Hernandez, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined that Alicia was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed her alcohol content was 0.130, almost twice the legal limit.
“Alicia Hernandez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at S100 out of County Court 6,” Constable Mark Herman said.
