…to jail!
HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Friday, a deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 24000 block of Farm Hill Road in reference to a possible intoxicated driver at the location. Upon deputies arriving, they found the suspect vehicle was sitting in a moving lane of traffic.
The driver, Maurice Jimenez, displayed multiple signs of intoxication. A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined Jimenez was intoxicated.
Further investigation revealed that he had an open Parole Violation Warrant with full extradition out of Los Angeles, California.
“Maurice Jimenez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond and court information have not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.
