HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On November 1, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 18600 block of the Hardy Toll Road in reference to a single-vehicle crash.
Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the driver, identified as Kim Calbert, who exhibited multiple signs of intoxication. Deputies conducted a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which confirmed that Calbert was intoxicated.
Further investigation revealed that her blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was 0.191, more than twice the legal limit.
Kim Calbert was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100 out of County Court 12.
