HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On June 03, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 10900 block of the Katy Freeway. The driver was identified as Rudolfo Martinez, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that the driver was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of a loaded firearm and two “assault” rifles.
“Rudolfo Martinez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. His total bond was set at $200 out of County Court 4.” Constable Mark Herman said.
