Family Violence & Other Ugly Crimes in MoCo

TRACY COURT

RAMEY

On 1/24/2016, Deputy Porter was dispatched to the 16400 Block of Tracy Court, Conroe, for a welfare check. Upon arrival, Deputy Porter met with a male resident who stated his wife, 41-year-old Lucretia Joy Ramey, had assaulted their 13-year-old daughter. Upon speaking with the female complainant, Deputy Porter learned that the mother had choked the daughter and slammed her head on the ground several times. The mother was arrested for third-degree felony injury to a child and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Bond was set at $10,000. She remains listed on the jail roster as of this posting.

On 1/27/2016, Deputy Davidson was dispatched to the 10600 block of Joann Street, in reference to an assault call. Upon arrival, Deputy Davidson met with the elderly male complainant. The complainant reported he believed his 17 years old grandson was intoxicated and would not let the grandson have keys to his vehicle. The grandson pushed the grandfather to the ground causing him to hit his head on a metal chair. The grandson, George Kaleb Nixon, 17, was charged with Injury to the Elderly and Assault Causes Bodily Injury, Family Member and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

GABRIEL

On 1/29/2016, Deputy Campos was dispatched to and assault in progress call in the 11400 block of Ehlers Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Campos met with a female who advised she had been punched in the eye by her stepdaughter. Upon speaking with a witness, it was found that the stepdaughter had punched the stepmother, after the stepmother had head butted her. Once Deputy Campos made contact with the stepdaughter, it was determined that the stepmother 34-year-old Kristina Mari Gabriel, was the aggressor, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 1/29/2016, Deputy Taylor responded to a disturbance call on 10900 block of Quinlan North Lake Drive. Deputy Taylor met with the female complainant and her mother on Dogwood Lane. It was learned that the female’s brother had made unwanted physical contact with her and caused an injury to her knee. The male, 20-year-old Jerod Lamar Tubbs. was located and arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

EMERSON

ESTRADA

On 1/26/2016, while conducting an investigation in the 16500 block of East Emerson Circle, Deputy Taylor made contact with a female on location, Alexis Estrada, 19, showing to have an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed, the female was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Her original charge was Hindering Apprehension of a known felon.

 

On 1/27/2016, Deputy Cross was dispatched to the 11800 Block of FM 2432, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, Deputies Cross and Savage located a vehicle in a ditch with the male driver asleep in the driver seat. Numerous attempts were made to wake the male. Once out of the vehicle, the male showed several indicators of intoxication. While attempting to place the male into the patrol vehicle, the male resisted. The male was arrested and transported to Montgomery County Jail for resisting arrest and public intoxication. While the vehicle was being inventoried, a plastic bag with methamphetamine was found in the glove box. An additional charge of possession of control substance was added.

 

While on patrol on the night of 1/30/2016, Deputy Campos observed a vehicle north bound on Airport Road. The vehicle left the roadway, then returned to the roadway, and stopped at FM 3083 and Airport Road. When the vehicle stopped, the left side tire were partially located in the turn only lane. A stop was initiated and it was determined the male driver was intoxicated. The male driver was arrested and transported to Montgomery County Jail. The male refused to give a breath or blood sample and a warrant for a blood draw was obtained.

On 1/31/2016, Deputy Soroko responded to a suspicious vehicle call in the 4500 block of Rolling Hills, Conroe. While identifying the male suspects on location, it was determined that one of the males had an open warrant. The warrant was confirmed and male suspect was arrested and transported to Montgomery County Jail.
