Just before midnight Saturday Montgomery Fire Department were dispatched to a reported major accident on FM 1486 at Giles Road. Dispatchers with MCHD were giving CPR instructions to the person who reported the accident as units responded. Montgomery Fire Department and a Montgomery Police Officer were first on the scene and reported they had one fatality.
DPS and Montgomery County Sheriffs Office responded.
A GMC SUV was found to have left the roadway on the shoulder and then over corrected and rolled several times ejecting the 44-year-old male.
Montgomery County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Wayne Mack responded to the scene and ordered Eickenhorst Funeral Directors to transport the victim to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy.
