Just after 6pm. MCHD was dispatched to a vehicle that was reported to have crashed into a tree and the driver was not responsive. Medical crews arrived from Cut and Shoot within minutes and determined the driver was deceased.
DPS Trooper Justin Lopez stated the Dodge pickup was westbound on Old 105 when he left the right side of the roadway crashing into the tree line and a fence. Early indications were that it was a medical condition that caused the crash. There was very little trauma to the victim and minor damage to the truck.
Judge Metts pronounced Larry Keith Moore age 56 with a Cleveland address dead at 6:16pm. He also ordered the victim be taken to Dallas Forensic Center by Cashner Funeral Directors for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
