About 9am Sunday morning a commercial utility truck was northbound on I-69 just north of the SH 105 Bypass when for unknown reasons the driver left the roadway and slammed into the rear of a stopped 18-wheeler parked on the shoulder. The driver of the utility vehicle was ejected and killed instantly. His passenger was transported to Kingwood Hospital in critical but stable condition. THe freeway just opened a short time ago. Cleveland Police are investigating the crash. We will have additional details in a few hours.
