On Saturday, April 12, 2025, at approximately 2:30 am, Erik Cedillio was operating a black 1999 Ford F-150 pickup truck. Cedillo was southbound in the southbound lanes of the 15700 block of Woodland Hills Drive near Greens Road in Humble. While traveling at a high rate of speed, Cedillo failed to drive in a single lane and entered the raised grass median, where his vehicle struck multiple trees. Cedillo was partially ejected from the vehicle during the crash. Emergency medical services were called and responded to the scene. EMS found Cedillo with no signs of life.
