Montgomery County has recorded another fatal accident Thursday night.
Just before 8 p.m. Ludwig Bernhardt Millhausen, 46 of Splendora pulled out into traffic from Chrristine’s Corner convenience store at Indian Trail and FM 1314. His 1997Nissan Sentra was broadsided by a Dodge 3500 pickup driven by Angel Toledo Jamie, of Humble. Millhausen who failed to yield right of way was critically injured.
Porter Fire Department and MCHD responded to the scene, it was at that point that Millhausen went into traumatic arrest. Crews worked on the scene but were unable to save him.
Judge James Mett’s responded to the scene and pronounced Milhausen dead and ordered Eickenhorst Funeral Director’s to transport him to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy.
It has not been determined if alcohol was involved pending autopsy results.
