On Friday, March 21, 2025, at approximately 11:49 PM, a male identified as Alexandro Aguilar was operating a 2004 Chevrolet Corvette, traveling northbound in the 23500 block of the North Freeway main lanes. The operator failed to drive in a single lane and struck a concrete median wall. After striking the wall, the Chevrolet Corvette flipped over and ripped open the convertible top of the vehicle. Alexandro Aguilar suffered life-threatening injuries and Harris County ESD 11 EMS along with Spring Fire and MCHD responded to the scene. They found Alexandro Aguilar with no signs of life on the scene. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office – Vehicular Crimes Division responded to the scene. Information gathered in the preliminary investigation indicated the Chevrolet Corvette was possibly traveling at a high rate of speed before crashing into the median wall. This case remains active and under investigation. The preliminary findings do not reflect the final findings of this investigation.
