An off-duty Montgomery Coutny Deputy was traveling north on Highway 19 between Huntsville and Riverside just after 1:30 am. As he approached Dallas Young Drive, he encountered a large amount of debris in the roadway. That is when he noticed a vehicle flipped over in the ditch. He stopped and found a male driver deceased on the scene. In addition, a female passenger was in stable condition and transported to the hospital. The driver has been identified as Joseph Reynolds Nehemia, from Huntsville.
