On Monday, December 13 at approximately 5:00p.m., San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Department were called to assist in a Felony Arrest Warrant at 21 Red Bird Lane on the shores of Lake Livingston just outside Coldspring. THe agency requesting was the Texas Attorney General’s Office of Cyber Crime Task Force from Harris County. In addition was the Houston Metro Internet Crimes against Children Task Force.
Once officers cleared the first story of the home and gained entry into the second floor gunshots were heard coming from the rear of the home.
Upon the arrest of Predrag Perisic, officers found a 10-year-old male and a 12-year-old female with injuries resulting from gunshots inflicted by their father, Predrag Perisic.
The 10-year-old male was transported by ambulance to Livingston ER and the 12-year-old was flown by Life Flight to Hermann in Houston.
The 10-year-old male was pronounced dead on arrival and the 12-year-old female remaind in stable condition.
Predang Perisic was arrested for Interference with Child Custody out of Harris County and is also charger with Murder in San Jacinto County.
The Harris County warrant is a no bond and the murder charge is a $1,000,000 bond. If he should be able to make bond he must also relinquish his passport.
The murder case is still being investigated.
