Reward Offered for Information on Suspects
(HOUSTON, TX) – The FBI’s Bryan Safe Streets Task Force needs the public’s help identifying and locating two men who robbed an armored truck in Waller, TX on November 3, 2018. Waller County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the robber.
The robbery occurred at approximately 9:03 a.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018, near the Wells Fargo ATM located at 2313 Main Street in Waller, TX.
During the robbery, the suspects rushed an armored car driver who was servicing a nearby ATM. One suspect pointed a silver handgun at the armored car driver while the other sprayed pepper spray at the driver’s face. The suspects fled the area with an undisclosed amount of money in a stolen, black, extended cab Toyota Tacoma truck. Police recovered the vehicle on Sunday, November 4, 2018.
One suspect is described as a black male wearing a black Nike sweatshirt, black gloves, and a black face-mask. The other suspect is described as a black male who was also wearing a black face-mask.
