Shenandoah, TX- Shortly after sunrise on Sunday, Shenandoah Police responded to a “suspicious vehicle” report on N. Emory Bend Place in that city’s Cantwell Forest neighborhood. They arrived to find the “suspicious” car remained on the quiet, dead-end street, with the driver inside. Officers investigated and found the driver allegedly had a variety of narcotics inside of the vehicle.
Officers arrested the driver, Quantrel Williams, and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.
Quantrel Arnez Williams, 47, of Spring is charged with third-degree felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, penalty group 1/1-B, more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams. His bond was not set as of this posting.
