About 1 am San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported shooting in the Trail End Subdivision in southern San Jacinto County. Units arrived to find multiple victims in a home shot execution-style according to Sheriff Capers. One shooting victim was transported by air medical but died at the hospital, an additional four persons were found dead in the house. San Jacinto County requested additional help as the shooter was believed to be in the area yet. Montgomery County Precinct 4, DPS, and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene. Currently, Montgomery County has activated SWAT. At least 50 officers are on the scene searching for a Hispanic male, with blue jeans, a goatee, work boots, a black shirt, and black short hair, possibly armed with an AR-15.
