Waxahachie Fire Department lost a ladder truck this morning to massive flames of a chemical plant fire. The fire at Magnablend started about 11 am this morning and quickly intensified. Over 1,000 residents were evacuated as firefighters worked to bring the fire under control a few hours ago.
