FM 1485 has reopened just after 9 am following a head-on crash at Vick Cemetery, just north of SH 242. A Lincoln was northbound and attempted to turn left into a private drive. The Lincoln failed to yield the right of way and hit a Volkswagen head-on. The impact spun the Lincoln back into the northbound lane, striking a Dodge pickup. The driver of the Lincoln was taken to Kingwood Hospital in stable condition. The driver of the Volkswagen was taken to Memorial Hermann in the Woodlands, and her child was transported to Texas Children’s in the Woodlands. All are in stable condition. DPS investigated the crash, which had FM 1485 backed up for miles.
