Houston police attempted to stop a vehicle on a traffic violation early Saturday morning on West 43rd near Southerland. The vehicle sped up and led police on a about fifteen minute chase through Northwest Houston. The vehicle finally crashed into a school speed limit sign at Bingle and Hammerly. All four occupants were taken into custody. It is believed they may be responsible for several robberies in the area.
