Tom dedicated 48 years of his life to law enforcement, serving with honor, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the communities he protected. He was more than a co-worker, he was a trusted friend to everyone he encountered. His compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for others left a lasting impact, and he will be deeply missed by his law enforcement family, friends, and the many lives he touched throughout his career.
