Funeral services have been announced for Maxwell (Texas) Assistant Chief Jonathon Coco and his brother, Firefighter Hunter Coco. They were both killed in the Line of Duty in a traffic crash last Monday while returning from a wildfire on Texas Highway 20 outside of Lockhart, Texas.
A public visitation will be held on June 25, 2022, at Zoeller Funeral Home located at 615 Landa Street, New Braunfels, Texas, 78130 from 6 pm until 8 pm. Staging for the apparatus procession will be at 12:30 at Martindale Baptist Church 12351 TX-142, Martindale, Texas 78655. Their funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2022, at 2 pm at the Gerry Ohlendorf Performing Arts Center which is located at the Lockhart High School at 906 Center Street, Lockhart, Texas, 78644. A reception will follow at the Lockhart High School Cafeteria.
