GRIMES COUNTY, TX- On Tuesday, around 5 p.m., Deputies and Investigators from the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office, the Montgomery County Auto Theft Task Force, Special Agents with the Department of Public Safety, and the Waller County Sheriff’s Office, executed multiple search warrants on a property in Grimes County near the Waller County line. During the investigation, all suspects were detained without incident.
A 2007 Chevrolet Silverado pickup and a 2014 Ranch King utility trailer were confirmed stolen and recovered. Two other possible stolen vehicle recoveries were made.
Law enforcement also recovered 25 grams of Methamphetamine, along with marijuana, Hydrocodone, Tramadol, suspected ecstasy pills, psychedelic mushrooms, suspected heroin, and other narcotics.
Additionally, investigators recovered multiple firearms, with four having been reported stolen. Firearms with obliterated serial numbers and illegal suppressors were recovered as well.
Brandi Leigh White was arrested and charged with second-degree felony Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B, more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. Additional charges pending.
Melissa Marie Wagner was arrested for state jail felony Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram; and an outstanding Grimes County warrant, Failure to Appear/ Motion to Adjudicate.
