Details: On January 23rd, 2016, at approximately 1:47 am Deputy R. Wolsey with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 13000 block of Schroeder Rd. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Alejandro Maldonado, Dep. Wolsey could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Maldonado’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Wolsey revealed that Maldonado was intoxicated. Maldonado was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 24th, 2016, at approximately 2:47am Deputy F. Cobas with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1900 block of the N. Beltway 8 W. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Adrian Garcia-Castillo, Dep. Cobas could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Garcia- Castillo’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Cobas revealed that Garcia-Castillo’s was intoxicated. Garcia-Castillo was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 23rd, 2016 at approximately 4:42 pm Corporal E. Lopez with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 20303 block of Chasewood Park Dr. Upon Cpl. Lopez making contact with the driver/defendant, Joseph Kruckemeyer, Cpl. Lopez could smell a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the interior of the vehicle. Further investigation by Cpl. Lopez revealed that Kruckemeyer was in possession of 1.3 ounces of Marijuana. Kruckemeyer was arrested, charged with Possession of Marijuana, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 23rd, 2016, at approximately 4:43 pm Sergeant D. Baskins with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 9800 block of the N. Sam Houston Parkway E. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Ruben Leal, had several open warrants. Further investigation by Sgt. Baskins revealed that Leal was in possession of 1.5 grams of Xanax and 3.9 ounces of Marijuana. Leal was arrested, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Upon Dep. Lewis arrival, the complainant advised him that the defendant, Laura Washburn, had selected and concealed merchandise and then walked past all points of sale without paying for the merchandise. Washburn was arrested, charged with theft, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 20th, 2016 at approximately 11:00 pm Deputy J. King with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 4900 block of Louetta Rd. in reference to an accident. Upon Deputy Kings’ arrival, he learned that the at fault driver had fled the scene and that the complainant had suffered injuries. The driver/defendant, Yesenia Rodriguez, was located a short distance away. Upon speaking with Rodriguez, Deputy King could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Rodriguez’s breath. Further investigation by Deputy King revealed that Rodriguez was intoxicated. Rodriguez was arrested, charged with Fail to Stop and Render Aid and Intoxication Assault, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Wolsey could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Riva’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Wolsey revealed that Riva was intoxicated. Riva was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Upon Deputy Millington making contact with the driver/defendant, Montana Ishee, Deputy Millington could smell a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the interior of the vehicle. Further investigation by Deputy Millington revealed that Ishee was in possession of 64 ounces of Marijuana and two handguns. Ishee was arrested, charged with Possession of Marijuana and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon (Handgun), and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Further investigation by Deputy Quintanilla revealed that Johnson did not have permission to operate the vehicle. Johnson was arrested, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 21st, 2015, at approximately 11:17 pm Deputy A. Quintanilla with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 18700 block of Cypresswood Dr. The defendant/driver, Steven Reyes, failed to stop and fled from Deputy Quintanilla. After a short pursuit, Deputy Quintanilla was able to stop Reyes. Reyes was arrested, charged with Evading Arrest w/a Motor Vehicle and booked into the Harris County Jail.
