Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Heberto Hernandez, Dep. Wolsey could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Hernandez’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Wolsey revealed that Hernandez was intoxicated and in possession of 1 gram of Cocaine.
