HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Thursday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 10800 block of Harvest Sun Drive in reference to a suspicious man believed to be “casing vehicles and a home”. When the suspect saw Deputies, he immediately chose to run. Deputies gave chase and quickly caught him.
The suspect was identified as 37-year-old Elon Hosten.
“Elon Hosten was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest. His bond was set at $500 out of County Court 7,” Constable Mark Herman said.
