CONGRATULATIONS to Chief Donald Steward for recently graduating and completing his final class of the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development (LEEDA) training.

Chief Steward successfully completed FBI-LEEDA’s Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute and Executive Leadership Institute and received the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award. These classes entailed hundreds of hours of instruction from the finest management instructors in our country.

This innovative training is designed for executive level law enforcement leaders and focuses on the emerging challenges facing our profession. This highly-interactive program follows the FBI-LEEDA “Cops Talking to Cops” model of professional development. The seminar uses a wide range of source material and calls upon participants’ own professional experiences to facilitate individual development and learning.

Constable Mark Herman ensures all his staff strides in self-improvement daily in addition to continued education for the everyday changing police environment.

NICELY DONE CHIEF STEWARD AND CONGRATULATIONS ON THIS MILESTONE IN YOUR CAREER!
